I agree, the reason most insurances cover it and even work places are offering this vaccine free of cost in Capitalist USA is because of loss of work days and school days. I used to catch flu a lot when I used to work in Karachi and miss out on so much work. The flu vaccine was not available there then. I have had very few times since I have come to the U.S. However, the flu mist may not be safe for kids with asthma. But asthmatic kids should have the flu vaccine if that’s what their doctor recommends as getting the flu would be worse for kids with asthma.
