Viral infection usually. Easily spreads from person to person, therefore loads going around in winter. Have some Ibuprufen, honey in water and go to bed :)

First it was “Why do we sneeze?”, then “Why do we get flu?”, next would be “Why do we eat, sleep, die,?”
