Change the soil. Put some chemical its a bacteria in your soil

I love roses. They are pretty. Too bad for some reason our roses have dead patels and kinda eaten out. This is not a rose but I took this picture yesterday at a water park. I didn’t wanna open a whole new thread for it and I hope you don’t mind me posting it here.
