i only brush once…in the morning. i went to my dentist yesterday who told me i should floss atleast once a day and brush twice a day otherwise i will get periodontal disease. i bought floss yesterday and tried it and my gums bled
u guys should all floss after eating dinner and brushing the teeth at night.

i dont have a problem brushing...i do it once in the morning and once at night. However...flossing is a pain in the rear!!
btw i highly recommend using those electric toothbrushes if you arent using it already.
as far as the bleeding of the gums....perhaps it will get better with continuous flossing?

flossing doesnt take long at all…and with practice you’ll become even faster.
oh they also have electric floss now…cant remember what they call it though.
