Re: Floods cripple Pakistan once again, hitting nearly 5 million people
Iam not against donating money, these people should be helped at any cost, but the govt and their representatives have made it habit or i should i call it “Season” to make money, the more help they get the more they would do to have big floods in coming years..
No steps has been taken in Sindh last year, the flood victims of last year floods were still under suffering when the new floods made the life more difficult not to mention no lessons were learned from last year disaster and no work on ground was done to prevent it this year…
It is now that all politicians have made a move to help these victims, the people are suffering from the beginning of August, No one including the leader of so-called revolution paid any attention to it, and now the call for donations have been made, every one would be looking to shine their politics on the losses of the victim… My appeal to all the donors, Please do not donate to any political party, Only give your money to the foundations like Sahara, Edhi or Pak-Army or the person you trust with your life , these people have not got any political agenda, they help just to help and they make sure your money goes to the needy…
Again Please do not give a single penny of your to Any political party that includes all the political parties, if political parties are that much worried ( after a month since the disaster started) then they should use their own resources, let not make it a habit for these political parties to beg whenever there is disaster…
Help the needy and not the politicians…
