I think it’s ok as long as we keep things in right perspective no harm if a discussion is A BIT derailed and members are having a light hearted discussion. Massi Mussubatai’s co-workers gift thread is a good example, although it is derailed a bit but STILL the flooding somehow relates to the original topic.
