they had another flood telethon hosted by that guy in a white beard and some lady
hadiqa kiani and ali zafar were on it
hadiqa has so far sent about 5 trucks full of aid to the food relief camp

^ imran khan and geo were directly collecting funds from callers to support their flood relief efforts, this ‘lifebox’ telethon by fakhr e alam is different i believe, since he has said in his youtube videos that they don’t want money, just food items for the needy in the form of a lifebox. I am guessing he will go into details of this concept there. good to see celebrities involved first hand in relief effort :k:

Dramaybazz you are right.
Fakhr has made it very clear several times that he and his people don't want your money. So this isn't a fundraiser telethon like what every other celeb is doing. You will have and opp to call and ask, if you still don't know, how you can help

good telethon, very good effort by PIA. it was awesome to see so many pak americans/canadians calling in to contribute, even offer their garages and basements to collect the boxes! apart from fakhr, adnan, behroze and shahzad it was nice to see a local celebrity too, the young guy from ‘malal’ who played sarwat gillani’s net friend, so nice to see the new generation of pak americans being actively involved in this
