I stopped supporting Mush once he started behaving more and more like a dictator but let's be fair here. Just see some of Zardari's early wedding photos, he looks like a 'bhungi' (sorry but could not resist it!!) in that 'pug' and big moustache of his. The guy just never deserved to have a wife like Benazir
Musharraf may not exactly be khoobsoorat but his looks were very passable, generally came across as an intelligent and capable man and by and large conducted himself well in public gatherings. When he spoke people listened to him, he had a certain presence. Same can't be said about our present buffoons. Compare Mush's resignation speech with the recent speeches given by both Gilani and Zardari (they were utter disasters!!) Mush was composed, spoke like a leader and spoke well and though he got a little tearful towards the end (and understandably so, his R eye was watering...) he quickly collected himself and finished well. His army-styled, forced Punjabi accent should not count against him
NS is another useless guy......dus jumlay bolay ga aur dekhnay aur sunnay wale ko phir bhi samajh nahin aaye gi k kambakhat kehna kya chah raha hai!! His brother Shahbaz is better, he is eloquent and usu. concise and to the point
I am sorry but Gilani and Zardari just don't cut it as leaders. They don't look like leaders for a start. I know it's early days for them but the point is Zia, Leghari, GIK and Musharraf, even Short Cut and BB were never as bad as these two buffoons.
I was no big fan of Mush but let's give credit where it is due. I hate him for the treason he committed against the nation by allowing the same corrupt politicians and looters back to rule us. I can never forgive him for that. But I thought he ran the country well till about 2002/3
