Flirting ke Side Effects

Did anyone see this long play? It was a funny one, although Abdullah Kadwani annoyed me a lot.

Humayun Saeed was good and looking cool as always.

Ayesha Khan was ok. Same goes for the rest.

A sidenote, did anyone see the amount of exposure Humayun Saeed get in this long play? He was definitely installed as the eye candy of the drama.

After the scene where he teaches the kid to swim, we see a long shower scene of Humayun Saeed, where almost each (possible) inch of his body is shown.

Pakistani dramas are finally getting mature!!

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

I watched - and enjoyed this LP.

I preferred Abdul Kadwani's role actually, esp his (despairing) interactions with his annoying wife (played by Mahjabeen).

That 'shower scene' was a bit too much - I guess when you've lost a bit of weight, you want to show your new body off!!! My wifes eyes nearly popped out!

Ayesha Kahn role was very flat - very few actresses are actually that good these days.

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

Humayun still trying to sell himself LOL sometimes I wonder about him ;-)

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

what an unoriginal title....yuck

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

humayun + kadwani have broken all records for producing substandard programs...they should open up a clothing store or some mithai store .they would do better in that kind of business.

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

^^ they do a lot of crappy work but then they do produce some decent stuff as well. So I can't really trash them completely ;-)

that's your definition of maturity? i guess we have really dropped our standards. ptv used to show much more sensible and mature dramas without this much exposure and nanga pan. dramas or long plays like these are nothing but a bunch of bull crap. likes of humayoun saeed are trying way too hard to copy the indians.

Unlesss you just came back from mars or used to watch some Indian Drams thinking that its Pakistani Drama, I want to tell you Pakistani Dramas are mature from ages ...even before I started watching ..... Off course there are crapy dramas out there too and you have to pic and choose but with soo many channels and so much time to fill, that is bound to happen.

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

What am I hearing, a shower scene in Pakistani dramas? Wow things have certainly changed lol....I will check it out soon.

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

Shower scene?

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

^ I think ke ab ankhaiN band karne ka waqt agaya instead of aankhaiN bhaarh bhaarh ke dekhna :hmmm:

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

LOL. I am just surprised Pakistani dramo ko kya hota jaraha hai :cb:

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

I know
I am thinking ke kya zaroorat thi Humayun ko shower ke neechay dikhanay ki :hmmm:
maybe he was only demonstrating ke nahaya kaise jata hai :biggthumb:

ab Humayun ka bhi naam agaya nangay punguN ki list pe :vivo:

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

I used to like Hamayun :( Apne woh drama dekhe Ishq Junoon Deewangi? Kya drama tha, last episode dekhte wakt mujhe rona raha tha :(

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

I think this LP was funny...Humayun and Abdullah were funny....but both of them were looking really old. Also I think it was too much with the filmi song sequences.
Ayesha Khan needs to cut down on the makeup...she looked bad as hell!
And yeah, Humayuns shower scene was a little vulgar, I must agree....

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

eww gross. i haven't seen the drama but just reading everyone's comment is disgusting me.

Re: Flirting ke Side Effects

haven't seen the play.

but had to say that this Abdullah Kadwani is one of the worst actors I've seen. he's been acting since the olden PTV days... and he still can`t say his lines properly.

and Humayun Saeed needs to take a break - a long break. he's on TV ALL the time. dude take a break. do something different from the usual lover boy crap.
