this is a pure example of exploitation .. unfortunately a country like Pakistan doesnt support Labour Laws , hence why they are suffering so much. I strongly disagree with this approach of “boss hasnt left yet” .. as an ethic, if the boss wants to stay, he can stay , the teams should be able to leave once the office time is up .. and they should be able to leave guilt-free !

Exactly Pakistani market works on exploitation.
