My previous company, you were supposed to remain in the office till your manager remains and he will remain till his manager remains. There was a time for coming in, but no time for leaving and then you don’t get paid for the over time in Pakistan so a win win situation for the company.

were you working for a DON? aane ka time fix hai jane ka nahin? On a serious note, in most of the companies in Pakistan especially Finance Departments follow this strategy of going after Bosses leave the place
