flex oil

does anyone know where i can find flex-seed oil from islamabad or pindi area and low-fat cottage cheese?

not having any luck at the moment finding either! looking for the liquid form not the capsules of flex oil.

anyones help will be much appreciated. thanks.

Re: flex oil

flax seed oil ( alsee ka tael) you can buy at any pansaar store in pindi isb

Re: flex oil

It is better to eat ground flax which you can grind yourself than to take aalsika tail. The oil misses out an important part of flax viz. flax husk. The husk is very good for you. For getting omega-3, you are better off taking fish oil which contains a higher quality of omega-3 than flax.

where exactly can i find ground flax/ flax?

can i can grind it and put it on top of any food eg porridge etc?!

i know flex seed oil is made from kalvangi seeds (which i can find easily) but not the oil.

can you tell me which stores in pindi i can buy the flexseed oil from? is it stored in the fridge btw?

Flax seeds are called aalsi in desi stores. They are real cheap. I do exactly what you ask. I grind them for a week's supply, keep them in the fridge and sprinkle two tablespoons on my oatmeal cerreal (porridge). If you want to make it tastier, then add sum jeera and/or dhania before you grind. In fact jeera and dhaniya are good for you too.

No kalvangi is a different sees, it is black and smaller than flax seed.
