Re: Fleming Steps Down as ODI Captain.
Stephen Fleming deserves a standing ovation for the success that he has brought to New Zealand and their cricket. I really admire the way they play their cricket, so passionate, so determined, so eager to play well and field good. Out of all the Top 8 teams in world rankings, there is no doubt that they had (and will continue to have) the mental power to beat Australia more times than any other team. One thing which I just love about this outfit is their mentality, their positive thinking, their objective of going forward. They quietly play their cricket with little to no hype and at the end of the day, a happy cricket fan comes to realization that variables such as a fighting spirit is not bound to be up for sale at every street corner; it comes from within. The toughness and spirit comes from within a human being. Either you are born with it or have to live without it.
Stephen Fleming is one of the best attacking captains, aggressive batsmen and a total package cricket world have come across. A great servant of New Zealand and a great servant of world cricket. Overall, two thumbs up and more for bowing out gracefully and passing the torch to another.
Thank you, Stephen Fleming!
Re: Fleming Steps Down as ODI Captain.
That was a real proffessionalistic attitude by Fleming .He took the responsibilty gracefully ,even if it wasn't his fault.
