Ok guys , need some serious advise now …

I have been asked to include these two particularly in my diet … so I got a packet each of the two seeds… now the taste is bearable but I need to know how i can eat this stuff in bigger quantities…

I included a tablespoon of each in my omelette this morning .. it became really stiff and heavy …
someone recommended me to pop a** few tablespoons of each in the morning cereal …
