this oil is good for health, so i pour a little in my morning hot chocolate, so that i feel the taste...cause it is really yucky

Thank you ppl. I have the seeds not the oil. Do they seeds stink/taste yuck too? i'll see how they taste in cereal tomorrow or just bake muffins or something. Didn;t know the damn thing had such limited use.

well my dad grinds teaspoon each morning in the coffee grinder, and gets a phakka each morning before breakfast. proven way (with proper diet and excercise) to lower cholesterol.
