But the truth is, a truly radiant, blemish free and moist skin is a result of being clean. If I say “clean”, it means clean from deep within and not just skin deep.
Many experts suggest** green foods, including chlorella, **as they are said to be excellent for the liver. Note that green foods refer to those green leafy veggies such as spinach, kale, dandelion greens and broccoli. These foods are what many people consider as the “especially wonderful foods”. Now, for a healthy and beautiful skin, have them cooked, raw, juiced and even cultured.

So, it is best for you to look for one that contains organic ingredients, but also note that the food was designed to heal and nourish the small and large intestines. It is often said that such foods are ideal in the morning for the reason that they assist your blood to alkalize. Also, they are pleasant to take than a handful of supplements. They even provide minerals, fatty acids and protein to the body.

Other foods known to contribute to healthy skin include the raw and virgin fats and oils. One particular perfect source is the coconut oil, which is especially good for the thyroid. Also, mineral-rich food such as **dark green leafy vegetables, ocean vegetables and seafood **are important. And, the antioxidant-rich foods like black currant and blueberry juice and green tea are a daily must as well.

2. Reduce stress levels and get adequate sleep.
A stressful lifestyle can wreck havoc on skin and should be adjusted to a more simple and satisfying routine. Time management will enable you to accomplish more and provide quality time for therapeutic or relaxing hobbies. Perhaps, you may find that reading a book, cooking, or enjoying an outdoor activity will decrease anxiety and high stress levels.

3. (a) Cleanse daily:
Cleanse the face twice daily (morning and night) with a cleanser that is suitable to your skin type.
**cleanser, toner, moisturizer and facial scrub **suited to your skin type.
Determining your skin type can be tricky and, often, the skin changes with the climate. Skin gurus recommend undergoing a facial with a trained esthetician or dermatologist in order to accurately pinpoint your skin type and receive valuable recommendations to aid the skin.
Depending on the skin type, the skin expert will suggest a gel, foam, or cream facial cleanser, which is used to rinse off dirt, oil, and make-up, while unclogging pores.
Typically, a gel cleanser is used for problematic or oily complexions; foam cleansers meet the needs for sensitive skin and creamy cleansers hydrate and soften dry skin types.

Try an Aspirin face mask! This mask is having fantastic results on those people with open pores, pimples and acne. Crush about 15 aspirin tablets to a powder mix to a paste with a little water, less than 1 teaspoon and then apply to a cleansed face. Leave for twenty minutes to work its way into the skin and then rinse off and apply a light moisturizer. Try this weekly, after a face scrub.

Opt for treatments that are known to combat particular skin conditions, such as, acne, uneven skin tone, and aging.Use tea tree oil for pimples, as it is antibacterial and also suitable for sensitive skin.

(b)-Exfoliate skin and boost radiance:
Healthy skin sheds approximately every twenty-eight days; however, as we age this process slows down dramatically and exfoliation is required to remove dead skin and reveal a more youthful appearance.
Look for an exfoliator that contains acids, such as, alpha-hydroxy, beta-hydroxy, or salicylic. These acids slough off old skin and reveal a softer, smoother complexion without the unwanted irritation.
A more aggressive approach to beautiful skin with long-lasting results is a microdermabrasion, glycolic peel, or TCA peel.
A microdermabrasion is performed at most upscale spas and is responsible for removing the very top layers of the skin. A glycolic peel is used for mild to moderate skin problems and penetrates into the deeper layers, while causing a slight tingling sensation when applied.
Finally, a TCA peel targets severe skin conditions and delivers heavy duty exfoliation. The results last for months, but will not come easy. During the peel, a burning sensation will occur, while blotchiness and redness may last for weeks. Schedule such peels during the winter to avoid the sun which will increase sensitivity.

Cleanse the skin on your body and face with a weekly scrub. When using a body scrub start at your feet and work towards the heart, this helps eliminate toxins. Doing it the opposite direction will push the toxins back into your system. Use a very gentle facial scrub on your face and neck as these areas can be easily damaged.

Re: flawless skin

(c)-Wash off your makeup.
Before going to bed remember to take off any makeup you put on. Washing your face may do the trick, but some makeup may require makeup remover.

Olive oil is good for cleansing makeup, and is also good for your skin. It may be an option if you are sensitive to certain chemicals.

Re: flawless skin

4. Apply sun block, even on those cloudy days.
Wear a sun block, which is much different than a sunscreen, on a daily basis to prevent premature aging and skin cancer.

Look for active ingredients such as titanium dioxide or z-cote, the newest sun shielding formula of zinc.

try estee lauder or biotherm scrubs, they are both very good, and for sunblock i will again suggest the same things, biotherm or hollywood style.

Re: flawless skin

Most drugstores don't sell a 'sunblock' anymore as they are no longer manufactured. They only seem to shelve sun lotions with an SPF. Is this correct?
