its flawed - cause the alcohal is not consumed by christians or any non muslims anyway. largest consumer still lies in Muslims. the others are just being used in supply chain.
its flawed - cause its provide protection to present and future alcohal factories to remain in function, ie Murree brewery and Queta distillary, and behram ..etc.
I dont think any form of Islamic law says that its ok to produce alcohal and not to consume.
its simply a hypocracy.
