Pakistan cannot start to evaluate which religion does or doesn't require or allow drinking....this is open-ended and subjective. It can only go by Islam, and can only differentiate between the people as "Muslim" and "Others", and have 2 policies.
what if i start a religion that requires daily drinking? if Christians can drink, then i should be able to as well.
