If I put say 2 whole garlic heads in a jar of oil do you think it would gather enough flavour to save time chopping garlic and adding it in?

nope not at all ! I mean one must be really really sensitive to be able to smell the aroma in the oil … I have been to a few international cuisine restaurants and they keep offering funny kind of flavoured oils , but to me they all freaking taste the same …
Sorry Inspiron, I hate flavoured oil with a passion … maybe someone else will be able to give you a more positive insight into this
