Flats in Dubai

Hi,

I am inshAllah shifting to Dubai to take up a job. I just wonder how much pa a reasonable flat in decent location cost. May be 2bed is fine.

Which area will I find this 50,000 one. I doubt in Deira or near Bur Dubai

minimum a house will cost you is around 300 000 pounds

300 000? How big is the house (how many rooms)? I want it to be big and in the center, so i can wake up and not be late again Insha'ALLAH!!!

300 000 pounds you will get a 2 bedroom house.

no sweety the 2 bedroom one which costs for 300 000 pounds is rented out for 125-150 000 dirhams.
2 bedroom= 1.4 million dirhams to 2 million
3 bedroom= 2.3 million dirhams to 3.3 million
4 bed= 3.6 to 5 million
5 bed= 4 to 11 million
6 bed= 6 milion to 21 million
7 bed= 7 million to 87 million

deira is more expensive than bur dubai.if u r looking for cheap than look for one in bur dubai

do you mean where i live? i live in arabian ranches we have a house there. and the business is based in dubai media city
