Want to share an exercise to flatten ur tummy …
Early morning before breakfast … take a little time out for this simple exercise…
Stand straight… bend down keeping ur legs straight n try to touch ur foot’s thumb wid hand’s thumb… do it for two to three times as a starter n gradually increase the number…
would be difficult in start.. but then u ll get used to it…
then there is another one…
stand straight … put right leg on ur bed or chair (like resting with bed just for support) … and try to touch ur foot’s thumb with ur right hand’s thumb keeping left hand at the back… then with right hand’ thumb… do it ten times
repeat the same for left leg…
it will hurt ur leg muscles in start but surely will help ya …
