Would you recommend a Flat or a cheap Hotel/BB if I was staying in a major city like Islamabad or Lahore for upto or more than 2 weeks?
Who do I contact about renting a flat/house (online links?) and how much would it costs? Is is safe?

i've no idea about online sites/ links but if u have any relatives or friends over there , they could be a help for u , i case of hotel u'll end up paying much , but in case u'll rent a furnished apartment , price would be pretty reasonable ( one of a family among my relatives did that , they rented a house for 2 weeks and ended up saving a bunch).......... for hotels i think u can search online

it's better to stay in a hotel , if you don't have money probs.
hiring a flat for a month is not common , they allow living in a flat only if you pay the security and advance for at least 6 months besides other bills
so i think living in a hotel is far better if it's for 2 weeks
