Me thinking on how they can pull this off. Arrow is a bit different as there are very less CGI effects involved. This thing must have a big budget.

It was aired somewhere in early 90's when I was a kid but still have good memories. There was a time when NTM (a semi pvt Pak channel) used to show famous shows like magnum p.i, manimal, automan, street Hawk, a-team, miami vice, mission impossible and the highway man, airwolf on ptv. What a great time that was.
