I need a Bios Update, but cannot find anything. There is only one on the net and you have to pay $ 29,99. Everywhere I checked and searched for a Bios Update, but the instruction are so rudimental that I cannot see thru the this ‘jungle’
I have an MSI motherboard.
After updatind the Bios my Problem with hdd will be resolved (at least it says so)

You should download a program called CPUZ (Link: CPUID)
Use cpu-z and find out what chipset the mobo has onboard and the info about BIOS model and date. That, combined with the manufacturer should be enough to get BIOS updates. If not, post the info here and we will guide you. Keep in mind thouth that updating BIOS is risky business.

it's a very risky business indeed, I know that, I'm aware of that, it's not the first time I'll be doin' this. I know which model I have and I found the update. Thanks for your help, though.
