just wondering if you guys know of any quick effective ways/exercisees to tone arms! my arms are horrible from the top! they look so flabby , need some tips on some exercises…and also any good/easy exercises to tone your back? these are my target areas
Knead your ata by hand, don’t laugh! :o You spend five to ten min on this activity everyday, so going back to worse condition is not a possibility. It works on shoulders and upper-back as well. A realistic option as you don’t have to invest extra money or take special time out for this :k:
Do all the house work, jhaaro and pooncha Twice a day, Do all the dishes and do all the ironing and do all the boot palish of all the male sibling or father etc.
When your abba comes home unki tangain dabya karo, or hubby if your are married.
Yeah Right, Code-Red. You're the type of gulab jamun that would give his arm and leg to your wifey. You'd be massaging HER feet after she comes home from work.
It all depends on what your objective is. If you want more strength (in legs) then do full situps (boy or girl).
Girls only: If you want endurance / loose flab / loose weight etc. I suggest try to do half situps. They are like putting one foot forward and puttin the other knee on the floor (like proposing to someone) and then backup. Try to do as many as possible.
for beginners the general thumb of rule is:
Do 100% (as many as you possibly can) at one time.
Then do 60% of your number whenever you are excercising (its best if you workout 1 day and then let that part rest for 1 day)
Increase the count by 1 or 10% each week.
THE BEST xcercise to loose weight and tone your body is running! no alternative for that.
I am don't xcercise or into body building so if something is hurting or you are trying to achieve a lot (e.g loose 10/15 pounds) its better to stop and consult someone who can see your posture etc.

I would disagree with that. People can have a perfectly toned body by eating right and weight training if you are ready to do it. This is the same issue as trying to lose from one area. Situps etc are fine but the flab wont go - I started a thread "Exercise/Weights and etc..." where I gave a long reply to one of the folks here. Its not as hard as it seems you have to be patient and consistent with your efforts.
