How do I fix the left hand box from overlapping the right hand box…I have
tried pressing all the buttons in a monkey fashion…nothing happened…nadaa.
Some Help please!!

You can use Screencast-o-matic , which is a free online tool and it lets you create recordings of your desktop with audio
And then upload them to share , and its all free
go through this route , i hope you will get a better feedback /tech support 
atleast then one can know exactly what ya talking about

It looks fine to me. There is a gap between the left bar and your main section. You have defined borders.

empty your browser cache, close all browser windows and try again...
wayse i never liked Having the blocks on the left as it buries the content from the search engine indexing.
The CSS hasn't changed that much , therefore if some one from yr admin team fiddle with the numbers a little.. you guys can have them on right hand side :)

Nikky and Aliyish…its not fine…go to the one where there are actual word…they seen to be burried in the lesft hand box…its hard to read.
