I am talking to a major bank for a director position in fixed income trading. What are the salary ranges that I should be looking at.
I am not sure about salary ranges in NYC.

not back end operations or tech but director of fixed income trading.

Around $150-200 base and then a variable bonus based on desk profitability. I woul dthink around $600-1M in a good year.
