fix a dress

I bought this dress

It is lace and I would like to have the shoulders covered somehow. I mean the shoulder skin shows through the lace. Is it easy to stitch something from the inside ? If it is what kind of material ?

I know I can return it but I like it and want to keep and wear it.

Wear a cup sleeved t-shirt underneath?

Buy a cheap t-shirt in the same colour....leave the upper part and cut the rest and wear under the dress or join it with few stitches.
