You know how you’re supposed to eat five fruits a day… I was wondering if anyone actually does that… I mean I dont even get the chance to eat three meals a day, how am I gonna eat five fruits a day?! On a good day I would say I eat three fruits… banana and apple for breakfast and a grapefruit or something later on…

Don't laugh but Tomatoes are also Fruits.......then add Lemons that makes five that you could be eating every day and not even know it...:)
You know sometimes daysssss go by and I dont drink water, dont drink milk, eat any fruit, eat any nuts… I only just started eating dry fruits and nuts recently. And then I wonder why my health is so poor
I’ve taken to drinking those fresh fruit smoothies – made by Naked and Odwalla. I particularly like the Naked ones because they tell you exactly how many fruits are in there. I don’t think you can only drink those, but a couple fruits and a smoothie a day should do some good. They aren’t cheap (about $3 a bottle) but your health is worth it, right?
Some fruit juices offer 1-2 servings of fruit per serving but I think those wud have too much calories + sugar.. so no good if ur trying to lose weight i guess
^ That's why I like the smoothies I mentioned -- no sugar added. Just fruit. If you click on the bottles on the Naked Juice site, you can see the back of the bottles and how they explain exactly what's in 'em.
fruits have a lot of sugar on their own too… so i think if you’re trying to watch your weight, you have to also watch which fruits you eat on a regular basis.
