the interesting thing from that article:

“According to sources in Islamabad, Pakistan has not been informed about some of the major projects although India is required under the 1960 Indus Waters Treaty to inform it about a project six months before its launching.”
Not to mention that they are raping Kashmir for all its worth, killing innocent people all the time.
even if ISI is doing any thing in India, which I very highly doubt. This will justify all of this.
