wow everyone seems to have such perfect routines blah blah :hoonh:
right now my only exercise is to try not to eat my dinner at 11pm :mad:

That's o.k. Jal Pari, I have no routine as of yet. I am hoping to start this week. :)

The Game Responds:

      *45 minutes of cardio and weights 5 times a week, and hell yes it has changed my life! I was around 225 pounds on my 18th birthday, the girl that I liked didn't even want to look at me, and I cried when I looked at myself in the mirror. One year later, I looked myself in the mirror on my birthday and smiled, since I was 150 pounds and had dumped the same girl earlier in the year after losing all the weight. Talk about motivation. Really. People, That Is All.*

well i walk and do a lot of work and eat at regular times so i don't think i need excercise and i feel gr8t. :)

Jogging in the morning Gym in the evening 365 dayz a year...goin on since I was a kid...swimming, yoga and martial arts also take a lil bit time but thats for fun mostly.......

is there only me called Lazy cow :o ???
