Just spend only half n hour daily on some 3-4 exercises n take it as your daily routine, i’m sure after that you will always feel fresh from inside n comfortable but you first need to buy any good CD or DVD. I think you’ve missed something special check here >>> Ramdev get his dvd only coz what i’ve noticed he explains very well n in detail.
