Just spend only half n hour daily on some 3-4 exercises n take it as your daily routine, i’m sure after that you will always feel fresh from inside n comfortable but you first need to buy any good CD or DVD. I think you’ve missed something special check here >>> Ramdev get his dvd only coz what i’ve noticed he explains very well n in detail. Always keep one thing in your mind it has nothing to do with any religion weligion herez another site frm where u can take idea on Yoga

sidz_angel: u can start by lifting light weights (u can buy dumbells from any fitness shop or just lift some heavy books for that matter) and increase the reps as your body gets accustomed to it. this will build muscle in your upper body and dont worry it wont make u look bulky rather your body will be more toned and you will be more fit. u can also do push-ups anywhere anytime of the day. start by doing them holding arms of a chair/sofa and standing at an angle and doing push-ups......
also u can increase the intake of high energy foods like dates/fruits in your diet as well as healthy foods like veggies. and cut down on high sugary/bad carbs foods that cause lethargy/slowness
also running as little as a 10-15 minutes every day can help strengthen your body. if u can afford to, wake up early morning and go out for a light jog and u will stay fresh the whole day.
