fitness goals

alot of people have set out some weightloss goals.. but what are some of your fitness goals that you would like to reach.

for now i would like to be able to do 20 pushups in 30secs (ican only do 9.. :naak:)

and another one is being able to do mountain climbers for a minute straight..

sorry no running 5k or anything on my list right now i just want to be able to do these by november !!

i'm at my goal weight already so yippie but i want to lose 5 more pounds to get to my ideal weight so my new goal is to be able to do the treadmill for atleast 1 and a 1/2 hrs the days i have time to exercise

now i'm trying to do weights for my arms to tone them the way i want them and do 120 sit ups rather than 99 like i have been so i can get my tummy as toned as possible. sit ups and arm exercises are always hard for me.
