Over here in Holland it was received as 'disappointing'. After all the drama that went one before the release and the supposedly 6 months it ook to make people expected much more of it. The public says it's just a cut n paste of several videoclips you can find on youtube and news.

Danish Islamophobia Kills Muslim Teen
“Deniz Ozgur Uzun was killed because of his dark, Middle Eastern skin,” Jihad Abdelalim Alfara, the chairman of the Islamic Council in Denmark, told IslamOnline.net. Uzun, a 17-year-old Turk attending a technical high school, was distributing newspapers in the Amager district of Copenhagen Wednesday when he was verbally harassed by three Danes, aged 15, 17 and 18.
“They tried to provoke him with racist slur,” said Abdel-Hamid Hamdi, head of the Shura Council of the Islamic Council in Denmark. “He ignored them and went his way before they stopped their car and started assaulting him.”
A friend of Uzun, identified by the media as Mohammed, said the three attacked Uzun with a baseball bat and a hammer, leaving him unconscious. The Muslim teen was put on life support at a hospital in Copenhagen with “severe brain damage” before he was pronounced dead the next day.
Alfara, the Muslim community leader, believes the racist attack is directly linked to an Islamophobic atmosphere in the Scandinavian country fanned by the recent reprinting of the prophet cartoon. “Was it necessary to have someone killed for people to realize that racism is on the rise in Denmark following the cartoon crisis?”

Hareem: So you are saying that such movies will encourage revenge acts on muslims (or anyone who is brown or south asian/Arab looking).
If there is extreme protests or violence by the muslims against this movie - it will send the message to the world that Islam is not a religion of peace, and reinforce the film producers message.
I can almost feel the helplessness of the situation for Muslims.

n wht about the possibility of muslims getting killed bcos of a religion that has been demonized by the west to the level where others simply think of its followers as demons and deem it right to kill them in any way possible. we already have an innocent teenager beaten to death and who knows how many more will die in the months to come.road of extremisn is a two-way road. you have to go to the extreme to hate someone that much. westners are showing their extreme by attacking islam and provoking muslims. ofcourse muslim reaction will be extreme bcos they are facing growing extremism from the westerners.

and by attacking islam, westerners are showing how tolerate & civilized they are and to wht extreme they will go to practice their so-called-freedom-of-speech and expression sh!t. deny holocaust topi-drama and then see how soon this freedom of speech n expression will be flushed down the toilet.

It seriously was a joke.. I mean.. after hearin so much for months.. the media blowing up everything.. I have 2 admit I thought it might turn out not that gud for the muslims.. but like shinoo said.. it was a disappointment for every1.. it was a movie full of mistakes.. kinda proof that the media is sooooo gud at blowing thingz up.. (like the majority in holland thinkz..)

Earlier this week all dutch politicians had a big debate abt Wilders.. his view abt islam n the movie.. Prime minister Balkenende said Wilders wanted to tear out sum surah's 4m the Qur'an.. Thas what he said months ago, in the period he announced the movie.. Wilders is denied that.. Now Wilders wants an apology from the prime minister for calling him a liar and the prime minister wants an apology from Wilders 2 the muslims.. Wilders said "Hell no.." So the prime minister said.. "Same here then.."
According to the media n other politicians.. the debate became kinda a childrens game..'yes u did.. no i didnt.. yes u did.. no i didnt..'

This movie is an abomination. Ridiculous really, he takes clips from Youtube of idiotic morons who THINK they are doing the right thing but are really retarded. Then he uses those ~censored~ stupid examples to label every Muslim to be like that.
