Has anyone joined a food journal/diary way of loosing weight?

Has everyone joined this online food journal/activity and goal calculator at fitday.com. . I just joined since I need to loose about ten pounds or so after having the baby. If someone has joined please let me know if your goal was achieved.

and yeah… join either of them and it’ll be a great help. I was under eating before joining this site but now for the last 4 weeks (since i joined) i am having better meals. are you planning on exercising as well or just diet control?

Thanks umar25x.. I am planning on exercising but I work ten hour days, 4 days a week so that gives me 3 days for activity. I usually jog on treadmill but am trying to eat healthy with it.. but the weight just isn't coming off at all :(..

I check my weight every Saturday and write down on the calender. My plan is to lose half a kilo each week. I've lost around 7kgs from mid-January to this date.

hareem please tell me what you do each week? my activity is limited so I don't get much exercise but I am trying to eat healthy but still no results? Please suggest some ideas!
