Which one is the best Tasting fish? There are so many kinds that it confuses me. I have never been a big fish fan but I am tryiing to eat more protien. So I want to give it a try.
Please share any good tasting fish recipes…

tilapia is good. just make sure you wash them real well.. with vinegar, salt and lemon.

I also like tilapia, just season it with salt, pepper, lemon juiceand italian season. bakee it, grill it or stove cook it...either way it comes out amazing.
If you want desi taste then use shan fish masala with some lemon or marinate with some salt, red pepper, chat masala, and lemon juice....grill, bake or stove cook it.

i usually cook tilapia but bassa and sea bass are also good. i marinate it with French's yellow mustard, vinegar/lemon juice, salt & pepper. then i either fry it just like that or dip it in eggs, flour and bread crumbs and then fry it. it was a hit at the last dinner party i had. it cuian be served with a sauce made of mayo, onions, cucumbers and cilantro. just soak the chopped onions and cucumbers in a little vinegar before mixing in the other ingredients. i also add crushed red pepper flakes to the bread crumbs for a little kick.

Monkfish is nice, firm n meaty texture. Tilapia is nice but delicate. I used to dislike salmon bcos i thought it tasted muddy, but now i think its ok.

few months back i have come to dubai..earlier i was in jeddah and being there i also loved hamour...i think the whole ME loves hamour...and yeah i forgot to mention salmon is gr8 toooo...i wud try tilapia...

in pakistan mostly Dam fish is commonly eaten n loved by ppl who know well abt fish.
so in this regard rahu fish(labeo rohita),trout, bekti (finger fish) for frying and khaga(giant catfish) for salan
