Solar is cheaper than wind? Who will make the cheap solar cells in Pakistan, though we have yet to mass produce cheap windmills either.

in both the cases the consumer has to spend once in life… only have to pay maintenance costs! but on the other hand he will be saving monthly bill and avoiding any load shades!!!
