So.. I had my last period on 23 jan 2013. we were on safe sex till then.(no medications though) after jan that we didn’t use any kind of protection. I didn’t get my periods thereafter. I did 2 tests in march which showed negative. I went to the gynac she gave me primolut tabs for 7 days after tht I would get my periods and on the 10th day she would do a scan coz she doubted that my irregularity was due to pcos.. i have completed the course and its been a week, no periods. today morning i did the preg test again and it showed positive. what does this mean? my mom yelled and got so worried that i have completed that course and that would have bad effects and everything. allah mahfooz rakhe! i did feel sore b***s and sleepiness.. and a bit of strange feeling which weren’t completlely nausea.. please help me. what do i do now..

Am I actually pregnant? and if so how would that happen since my last period was long ago.. does ovulation still happen..? and my pregnancy is how many weeks old? so many questions so much stress.. i did put on weight in these 2 months though. didn’t tell my in laws anything abt it yet.

Just go to the gynecologist for a pregnancy test. If you don’t trust your current doctor, find another one. A simple blood test and ultrasound is all you need. Stop freaking out, pareshaani ki koi baat nahin hai.
And yes, it is possible to get pregnant if you hadn’t gotten got period. Happens to breastfeeding women all the time.
