We just found out that I am pregnant. August and Sept my cycle was way off. I had my period on the 9th in aug and in sept had it on 13th… (My actual cycle date is somewhere at the end of the month)… I took the HPT on 26th oct and we got a positive.
Is there any way of knowing how far along I am in my pregnancy.
I still have not gone to a doctor (doctor phobia) (am scared that going too early might hurt my chances of having this baby than help it..) When should I be going to the doctor…
Since I found out I was pregnant I got sick, I’ve got runny nose, sore throat and can’t really swallow anything. I have only taken aspirin… what else can I take or do to get rid of this without jeopardizing my pregnancy…
yes RH is rite, pls dun tke asprin or pandol wotever before askin ur doc.. and PLEASE u gotta go see the doc man!!!! its ur baby we r talkin abt! let urself b examined to see how is the baby and how far along are u... or for that matter, if u r even preg! sometimes these tests CAN b wrong too so u shud go to doc so there are no doubts. let us know when ure back. IA all will b fine.
u guys have scared me enough...I think I won't be taking any more aspirin. I actually asked the pharmacist and she said to only take one aspirin... I have been drinking lots of fresh juice... I will go to the doctor soon... I am just scared that the doctor might say no pregnancy :( ... that has happened so many times before...
Don't cry hun, Inshallah if you are pregnant then snap we are both about the same stage. I had the fever too and doctor said fine to take paracetomal but I didn't take anything but you must have been worse than me and if the pharmacist knew you could be preg and said it was fine then its totally cool.
When you visit the doctor they are not going to do anythign to your body, maybe listen to the tummy for a heart beat so it can't damage anything. I'm in the uk, the procedure here is they send you for a scan between 10-12 weeks then again at 20 weeks.
So just chill, by stressing your body you are not doign yourself any good, and if for any reason you are not preg then you are living in denial which is no good and will hurt you in the long run. Just chin up and even phone the doctor.
1 paracetamol is all what I took....started taking folic acid tablets the day I got a positive..... am trying to get a doctor's appointment asap...thanks all of you...will keep asking for your help and guidance...
hi guys... i m pregnant its my 2nd trimester Alhumdullilah. i had worse headach in last weeks so my doctor said me to take Tylanol she said that its safe in pregnancy. she suggest two 500mg tablets every 6 hours but i take only one in whole day. so i just want to know is it really harmless for my baby? on and off i had headachs so 3-4 time i take tylanol (only one with few days gap) but after taking i fell upset and get worried all time.
guys alhamdulillah pregnancy confirmed. According to HCG levels am around 6 weeks.... have set up an appnt with doctor for next week...pls keep me and my baby in your prayers.
Congrats! So glad you went to the doctor! We are roughly the same time, my last period was 9th of Sep so the doctors count it from here thats why they have 40 weeks (i think) and we actually may have conceived a week or 2 after this.
My scan date has come through! For the 25th this month.

I am from the Uk. But my body is changing too fast. Got such a tender chest it hurts. I don't remember it changing so fast when I was preg with my son.
Janat if the doctor said it was fine then if none of us are qualified then I would say follow your doctors advice, or ask the pharmacist, I haven't heard of that tablet so I wouldn't know. Don't stress your body out, inshallah if God has willed you to have a child then that's what you will have! x
Changes I feel are fatigue... I used to sleep a lot before but now I have zero energy, moods are in constant change... and I feel sooo expanded... you are right about the breasts being sore.... I am trying to welcome all these changes coz these changes signify what we have wanted for a bit of time now...a little baby. I just pray the baby is healthy and naik...aameen...
