Its an unpopular concept in most western countries. But its no ones business if you happen to be married to a cousin! Its been discussed here many times, you can search for threads and see. Anyway, the whole thing about having abnormal children has been proven not to be as much of a risk as previously thought. Chances of abnormalities increase the more inter-marriage there has been in the families. You can get exact percentages of risk by visiting a genetic counsellor. And you know, there is risk even in completely unrelated marriages!
Isn't it illegal in many US states to be married to your cousin?
