Janaab ai dasso, aap kis nizaam ki baat kar rahe ho? He tried his best to limit these activities.. He made Hudood Ordinance so that women don't turn toward Kothas and stuff.. he was far-sighted... He imposed martial law when he deemed necessary. HE was Allah's banda and did what he thought was right. He could not bull-dozed Heer mandi and snatch the livelihood of 100s of pros/female entertainers.. could he have done it?

Man you crack me up. Go and study what hudood ordinance did to women and how they were exploited before saying it was good.
