What’s the difference between firni and kheer ? Is it just that one is made with ground rice and the other isn’t ? Or are there other differences too ?

I asked the same question a few weeks ago and was told that firni is made with ground rice. I do vaguely recall firni being more smoother/finer in texture whereas kheer has a thicker, stronger texture. My mom makes kheer more often though, but I am not a fan of either. I just like eating the top layer of the kheer. :sid:
