I want fireworks back at weddings. When I was younger I’d see them go off in the distance and know someone was getting married, I want fireworks

OMG I was thinking of this yesterday. I was thinking it'd be really cool to have fireworks at weddings again, they used to do it years back but not cos we don't wanna set fire to people's houses in the city and stuff, no one does it anymore.
I am so gonna do it when I get married. I think best moment to do it is when the nikah has been done, or when everyone is leaving so that they can all come out and see it anyways.

We wanted fireworks at my brother’s mehndi, but weren’t allowed to have them due to the venue’s location. Instead we had small Roman candle type ones where the sparks shoot out the top, but the people let them off at the wrong time, so noone got to see them properly.

Fireworks are amazing but expensive i got quoted 2k for a couple min display not worth it :( unless someone in the family is good at setting them off lol
