Firework photography

My first ever try with fireworks… didnt get any parking space close to the place so had to drive back to this building and i went on the top floor to get the shots… Some shots are not that great but just wanted to share …

Nice pictures..I liked 9,10,21 and 23 but rest are pretty cool too..It would help us learners if you write a few lines on your equipment/handheld or tripod and how long you kept the exposure. :)

Fireworks photography, in fact any long exposure and night photography is very difficult without tripod.

I cant believe i shared these above photos, its HORRIBLE :open_mouth:

Here is my latest and MUCH IMPROVED work…

55mm - 5.6 - 1/5 - ISO 100
Keep ISO as low as possible to avoid noise in the pic and use a tripod to avoid any shake.

Nice to see you kept up with it and improved your technique. I agree that photographing fireworks is very difficult so thanks for posting the tips!
