Firefox freezing

For no reason? Chrome works perfectly well. Anyone know why?

Might be some add on. Try without them if you have any.
Remove the whole thing and reinstall it. Don't waste time in troubleshooting.

Lately... FF is consuming memory too much... I am not sure what kind of memory recovery or management method are they using....

Chrome is fast and more optimized than FF...

Internally, Chrome uses same code as FF...

As FF's code open sourcce... Google developers used that and launched Chrome.... :D

Chrome use WebKit and Firefox uses
Gecko. So no both have different code base.

You don’t need admin rights to install chrome that’s what I like about chrome. Unless you are doing it on zero client without app entitlement…then you have to install it every time you login. Nice way to deal with know it all clients:what:

Dhoti, my netflix seems be acting odd too i.e. the unblocker doesn’t work properly. Maybe Hola is down? Recommend any other apps?

I just tried to install chrome w/o admin privileges and the installer failed to initialize. I have installed firefox w/o admin privileges at my previous job, but then I learned from an older employee about the company's bureaucracy and how they had to fight for so long to allow installation of other browsers like firefox. I tried k-meleon and it wouldn't install even w/o admin privileges.

Liar liar dhoti on fire! :D

O’ pai jaan, you need permission so basically the admins can block certain programs.

Don’t believe me then call queer at the help desk..
