^well citibank did, and today the newspaper was saying chase could also fire her because of the suit against a competitor bank and some "ethical" business codes.

People get sent home by managers all the time if they are dressed inappropriately. If she is a repeat offender - then termination is justified. Cleavage is never classy in the workplace. At the bar or club after work maybe if that floats your boat - but at work - never!
And the whole, her heels are distracting - how many women in New York don't wear heels - I can't imagine Citibank giving her walking papers over heels - there's definitely more to the story here.
