So PM can be prosecuted and let him be punished, now the important question is, who is going to investigate, or who have mandate to carry out such investigations.
That is one of the CORE problem of Pakistani system. All investigation agencies are directly under the influence of GOVT. We should have an independent body (like India has CBI even though its getting corrupted too but its still better than ours). A body that takes no orders, appointments etc from Govt but I am afraid that all politicians, across the board will oppose this.

Exactly my point.
Political or Military leadership have never built any institute which can be called an independent body such as CBI, Imran Khan use to talk about it alot but i think he also have forgotten about it and we don't see any such body in KPK!!!
talk about the mess... now, this FIR can be used against NS as it was used against Bhutto and made him political martyr to an extend that 3rd generation of Bhuttos are in politics using his name... or it will be simply overlooked and nothing will happen, again a sad end for the ones who lost their lives..
There is nothing in law to stop the investigation .
And it should be completed immediately .
