That could on person to person. For some people that would be enough, for others family background and education would be more important. For example if you like a colleague of yours… (all the things you mentioned above), you could get to know her by becoming friends with her - that way you’ll know her and decide for yourself before actually getting her involved and then realizing she’s not the one for you and moving on to someone else.
