not that fast...even if u r a citizen or permanent resident...u have to have 12 months of residency in that province...its a requirement
international students will not be allowed to get a visa until they have sufficient funds available to them. for foreign students there isn't anything available at undergrad level as far as ai know. u are NOT even allowed to work.
at post grad level, all students receive scholarships.
is this apply to non-citizens/one without PR also ?
Would you please highlight basic requirements for getting admissions at Postgraduate level ,
Like grade in undergrad degree , English Proficiency , GRE etc.
